Summary

AI systems engineer and developer with 11+ years across MSP and enterprise IT. Designs and builds AI agents, Model Context Protocol integrations and full-stack applications on Claude, OpenAI and Gemini, deployed on real infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Azure, Google Cloud and self-hosted Linux.   • Building internal applications, automation and AI tooling for a 440-person, 12-office multidisciplinary design firm (architecture, landscape, interior design, planning).
  • Built and run the firm's self-hosted application platform: over a dozen internal services with private TLS, local AI inference and off-site backups.
  • Shipped internal apps on Microsoft 365 and Azure: a self-service software license bot rolled out firm-wide, a seating map and people-finder for all 12 offices, and ERP integrations that automate project setup.
  • Built a private multi-model AI assistant pilot for staff with agents and retrieval over internal knowledge, and automated deployment of AI desktop tools to workstations.
  • Built MCP connectors that give AI assistants secure, read-only access to internal business systems, and an internal plugin catalog for the firm's AI tools.
