System Overview
I build the behind-the-scenes systems that make everything just work. Identity, automation, security, cloud infrastructure — I've spent years designing and fixing the stuff most people never see until it breaks.
I think in systems. I look at how things connect, where they break, and what shouldn't be manual — then I fix it. My background is Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, and Graph API, and I actively integrate AI into real workflows — not as a buzzword, but as a tool to make systems smarter and people's jobs easier.
I've led cloud migrations, built identity and security frameworks from scratch, and spent years as the person who gets called when something is broken and nobody knows why. Now I design automation — increasingly AI-driven — that keeps those calls from happening in the first place.

- Building internal applications and automation for a 440-person, 12-office multi-disciplinary design firm — architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and planning.
- Designing and shipping internal web apps and integrations that connect the firm's ERP, Microsoft 365, and vendor platforms — eliminating manual work across IT and operations.
- Developing identity-lifecycle automation that streamlines employee onboarding and offboarding across the firm's systems.
- Partnering with senior IT leadership on identity, endpoint, and infrastructure strategy.
- Led daily support operations across multiple client environments as Tier 3 escalation for M365, systems, networking, and security issues.
- Architected and deployed Microsoft 365 migrations from Google Workspace — Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, full HIPAA compliance redesign.
- Supported and troubleshot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID across all managed tenants.
- Implemented Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint compliance, and security hardening org-wide.
- Managed firewalls and networks (pfSense, SonicWall, UniFi), VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation.

Projects
Architected and operate a production-grade private platform built on enterprise patterns — CI/CD pipelines, single sign-on with cloud identity federation, zero-trust mesh networking, automated PKI and certificate management, and a tested backup and disaster-recovery strategy with encrypted offsite replication and independent dead-man's-switch monitoring. Documented and operated with the same change discipline as a client environment.
Designed and built Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations that let AI agents safely operate real infrastructure — virtualization, source control, project management, messaging, backups, and VPN — unified behind a central MCP hub. Published an open-source Claude Code plugin for self-hosted Plane with custom skills, a work-decomposition agent, and an automated test suite.
Packaged the HelpWire remote-support client for Arch Linux, including a custom URL-scheme handler, with a GitLab CI pipeline that monitors upstream releases daily and automatically builds, versions, and publishes updates — zero-touch maintenance.
